With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gwyn Anthony Raker of Roswell, Georgia, who passed away on August 5, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Raker and Horace Raker. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Nifong; his children, Caroline Caravella (Jason) of Roswell, GA and Bryan (Leeanne); his granddaughter Edie Raker of Marietta, GA; his brother Don Raker (Ann); and his sister-in-law Susan Williamson (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and three grand-dogs.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northside Chapel Funeral Directors & Crematory (12050 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Northbrook United Methodist Church (11225 Crabapple Rd, Roswell, GA 30075).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Northbrook United Methodist Church (https://www.northbrookumc.com), Roswell, Georgia.
