He was predeceased by: his parents, Gent Rowland and Leetah Rowland; his brother Lenon Rowland (Martha Rowland); his son Keith Rowland; and his grandson Andrew Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Hurst; his sons, Lynn Rowland (Donna) of Gainesville, GA and Mark Rowland (Lisa) of Canton, GA; his daughter-in-law Cathy Rowland of Conyers, GA; and his niece Toni Hurst of Alpharetta, GA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
