He was predeceased by: his parents, Linden Brightwell and Catherine Brightwell; and his brothers, Ronald and Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Harman Brightwell; his children, Barrett (Rachael), Samuel (Sabra), Caitlin and Abigail Brightwell; and his grandsons, Bors and Rhodes.
