He is survived by: his parents, David and Lynn; his wife Tara Turner; his children, Annelise, Camden, Kelson and Adleigh; his siblings, Whitney Burk (Aaron), Scott (Andrea) and Blake Martindale; his parents-in-law, T. J. and Karin Turner; and his siblings-in-law, Jared (Amelia), Kyle (Julia), Corey Turner and Jana Sandoval (Justin). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and 19 nieces and nephews.
