It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucy Elizabeth Crutchfield of Roswell, Georgia, born in Trenton, Kentucky, who passed away on November 22, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Malvern Crutchfield and Mary Rutherford Crutchfield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

In lieu of customary remembrances the family request donations be made to the Partnership Against Domestic Violence, 404-873-1766.
