With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Thompson Bennett of Roswell, Georgia, born in Cleveland, Mississippi, who passed away on January 14, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Jackson Thompson and George Thompson of Mississippi. She is survived by: her children, Alicia Bennett Stromquist and Patrick Casey Bennett; her daughter-in-law Jayme Nicole Bennett; her grandchildren, Ainsley Stromquist of Roswell, Ty Stromquist of Roswell, Penelope Bennett of Roswell and Desmond Bennett of Roswell; her sisters, Ruth Claire Thompson and Claudia Thompson of Hattiesburg, MS; and her nephews, David Garraway (Michelle) and Andrew Garraway (Elena). She is also survived by friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Roswell Woman's Club, noting that the donation is to be used for a one time College Scholarship in Sandra's memory.
