He was predeceased by : his parents, James Fowlie and Helen Fowlie; and his brothers, Gordon, Ian and William Fowlie.

He is survived by : his wife Molly; his children, Drew Fowlie (Beth) and Heather Chamberlain (Justin); and his grandchildren, McCall Chamberlain, Scott Chamberlain and Jacob Fowlie.
