He is survived by : his wife Dorothy "Dot" Spivey of St. George, GA; his daughters, Debbie Crews (Ricky) of Jacksonville, FL, Sharon Thrift (Glynn) of Nahunta, GA, Elaine Merrow (Lonnie) of Jacksonville, FL, Patty Poppell (Nathan) of Odum, GA, Brenda Tomasetti of Folkston, GA and Judy Sapp (Kenny) of Jacksonville, FL; and his sister Gwen McLeod of St. Augustine, FL. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
