She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William Clyde Allen and Mary Ruth Roper Allen; her husband Joel Brandon "Brannie" Adams; her son Christopher Allen Adams; her daughter-in-law Kristin Adams of Parris Island, SC; her daughter Jennifer Anne Pulliam of Elberton, GA; her grandchildren, Dr. Kelsie Marie Tyson (James Tyson), Carlie Adelle Adams-Watzke (Lukas Watzke) and Brandon Logan Pulliam of Elberton, GA; and her great grandchild Addison James Tyson. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Adams requested to please make memorials in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
