With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerri Farmer of Saint Simons Island, Georgia, born in Blackshear, Georgia, who passed away on October 8, 2021 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerri Farmer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest L. Smith and LaForest Byrd Smith; her husband James Theodore Farmer, Sr.; and her siblings, Seward Smith and Sarah Bryant.
She is survived by: her children, Gaye Farmer of St. Simons Island, Georgia, Tim Farmer (Joni) of Blackshear and Dr. Ted Farmer, Jr. of Athens, Georgia. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
