He was predeceased by : his wife Faye Powell; and his daughter Marcia. He is survived by : his children, Robert (Nancy) and Janet (Skip). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles or Magnolia Island.
