She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Bailey and Mary Siry Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Charles Howard "Charlie" Blaine; her children, Leslie Blaine and Charles Jefferson "Jeff" Blaine (Jessica); her grandchildren, Derek Turner (Rebecca), Stephanie Prevatt (Lane) and Sophia Blaine; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Turner, Ruby Kay Prevatt and Julie Anne Prevatt; and her siblings, Barbara Dekorte (Reese), William Bailey, Charles Bailey (Donna) and Joan Augustine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sale City Cemetery (436 Mallard Rd, Sale City, GA 31784).
