He was predeceased by: his daughter Deborah Waters; and his sister Evelyn Kitchens. He is survived by: his sister Baptist Church; his wife Sue Wheeler Brown of Sandersville; his children, James Brown (Della) of Sandersville, Laura Mitchell of Sandersville and Julie Jones of Milledgeville; his stepchildren, Scott West (Courtney), Shannon Watkins (Danny) and Sharyn Wiggins (Brian); and his brother Ricky Brown of Tennille. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
