He is survived by: his sons, Danny Watkins (Shannon) of Tennille, David Watkins (Sherri) of Sandersville and Doug Watkins (Dianne) of Sandersville; his grandchildren, April Watkins Gay (Huck), Kyle Watkins, Lindy Watkins, Kristin Watkins Coe (Don) and Kaylee Watkins; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Gay, Everett Drew, Kasey Watkins, Katie Watkins and Eliza Drew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the May and Smith Funeral Home (1119 Riddleville Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kendall Heights Church of God (829 Jordan Mill Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082).
