He was predeceased by: his siblings, Leo, Cleo, Hoyt and Nellie; and his grandchildren, Joseph Tallent and Cindy Brisson.
He is survived by: his children, Geneva Brissson (Ellis) of Bladenboro, NC, Wanda Cryder of Winder, Harvey Wayne Cryder (Sandra) of Sandersville and Harvey Lee Cryder Jr. (Jordan) of Sylvania; and his sisters, Leartis Long of Vienna, Dorothy Jones of Perry, Kathy Booth, Bonnie Scarboro of Byron and Martha Parker of Oglethorpe. He is also survived by six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, and step grandchildren.
