We bid farewell to Jennifer Hitchcock Farmer of Sandersville, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 16, 2025 at the age of 74. Jennifer Hitchcock touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Hartwell "Bo" Hitchcock and Adeline Meeks Hitchcock. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Dean Farmer Sr.; her children, Jennifer Mechay Cabe of Tennille and Bobby Dean Farmer Jr. (Paula Farmer) of Tennille; her grandchildren, Caleb Cabe, Ashley Garner (Deric), Sarah Ann Cabe and Bo Walker Cabe; her aunt Rubye Hitchcock; her cousins, Alisha Dale, Darlene Hutcheson and Shannon Casule; and her son-in-law Joseph Malcolm "Mac" Cabe.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the May and Smith Funeral Home (1119 Riddleville Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082). A celebration of life was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of May and Smith Funeral Home (1119 Riddleville Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082).
