She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Allen Joiner and Mary Kendall Joiner; her husband Edward Emanuel "Zut" Garner; her son Al Garner; her daughter-in-law Kay R. Garner; and her brother H. Allen "Buddy" Joiner.
She is survived by: her son Bill Garner (Janice) of Warthen; her grandchildren, Ellen Wright (John), Jason Garner, Ray Garner, Erin Garner, Chad Brown and Alicia Glassford (Sean); and her great grandchildren, Logan Wright, Reagan Wright, Ivy Hodges, Gavin Brown, Finn Brown, Beau Brown, Will Glassford and Vivian Glassford.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tennille Baptist Church (203 N Main St, Tennille, GA 31089). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
