She is survived by: her children, Johnny Frank Phelps (Annie) of Plano, Texas and Sharon Phelps Smith (Wallace) of Sandersville; and her grandchildren, Chance Clinton Hancock, Charles Clifton Hancock, Carol Roudebush, Steven Phelps, Shirley Polomine and Sally Koth.
