She is survived by: her husband Jesse Ballew; her children, Jodi (John Morris), Jessica (Brett Dailey), Keith (Teresa Dotson) and Karole Ann (Mike Sproles); her grandchildren, Jesse, Dylan, Skyler Seabolt, Jonathan (Kayley), Joshua (Faith) and JoAnna Morris; and her great grandchildren, Colton and Kash Seabolt. She is also survived by other grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
