She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Parrott and Ora Lee Fizer Parrott; her husband Johnnie Matt Rayford; and her siblings, Helen Kizer, Willie Parrott and Thelma Parrott.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Gillespie, Lucretia Hawkins (Riley), Michelle Reed (Timothy) and Johnny Rayford Henderson; her siblings, Hattie Prater, Dr. Lilbourne "Leo" Parrott (Ietta), Shirley Neal (Jewrell), Jessie McNeil (Emma), Costella Brown and Madarin "Deenie" Berry; her brother-in-law Elwood Rayford (Jean); her grandchildren, Arquelio Gillespie Jr., Riletia Hawkins-Pray (Damario), Arkamio Gillespie, Kimberly Reed and Timirrah Reed; her great grandchildren, KaiLynn Gillespie, KaLanie Gillespie, TiMiyah Jones, Arquelio Gillespie III, Angel Oliver-Pray, Kenya Golson and Monet Golson; her godchildren, Drenda Knighten (Billy), Trina Rayford and Dean Ross; and her close friend Pecolia Brooks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
