She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin English and Evelyn Groover English; her sons, Steven W. Jackson and Gary A. Jackson; and her brother Robert Harrison English (Bob).

She is survived by: her husband V. Glaen Richards, Sr.; and her stepchildren, Leonella R. Vaquer and V. Glaen Richards, Jr. (Mary). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
