He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C Higby and Mary B Higby; and his brother Elmore. He is survived by: his son Kurt; his wife Kay Millikin Higby; his daughter Christa June Smith (Harley Jr.); his grandchild Taylor; his great grandchild Kurt (Catessa Emmorey); his sisters, Mary Higby of Birmingham Mi and Sara Tucker of Lawrenceville, NJ.; his nephew Matthew Tucker; his niece Megan Gimbel; his sister-in-law Joann Higby of Romeo Michigan; and also, Sierra and Bailey. He is also survived by 5 step grandchildren and one great grandson.
