He is survived by: his wife Lila Cay Williams Critz (Duke); his children, Dale Clements Critz Jr. (Debra Wagner Critz) and Lila Cay Critz; his grandchildren, Taylor Cavanaugh Howard (Joseph Henry), Dale Clements Critz III, Laura Cay Critz and John Burton Critz; and his great grandchild Katherine Riley Howard.
