He is survived by: his wife Reva "Jerri" Clements; his children, Lisa Moore of Mark Moore, M. D. and Shawn Clements (Roxanne Clements) of Boone, NC; and his siblings, Carl Clements, Jr. (Lois) and Kim Kelley (Patrick). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
