We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2020, at the age of 61, Donna Fisher of Savannah, Georgia, born in Troy, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Willis Fisher; and her father Wesley Quillen. She is survived by: her children, Jesse Bascombe, Regina Bascombe, Olivia Hulsey and Kenneth Fisher; her mother Shirley Quillen; and the father of her children Michael Bascombe. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
