It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Clanton of Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Solomon Clanton; her children, Patricia Ann Clanton, Russell A. Clanton (Harmony D.), Marie S. Clanton and Mary S. Clanton-Smart (Louis); her mother Earlene Smith; her siblings, Rodney Smith (Willie Mae), James Todd Smith, Brenda Bacon, Linda Gerald and Cora Lee Bentley; her son William Gerald; and her goddaughters, Cenopia Allen and Andrea Eileen Bacon. She was also cherished by 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
