He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jessie B. Singleton; his children, Anthony Singleton (Rachel), Elijah Singleton, Jr., David Singleton (Tonya), Windell Singleton (Pam), Dennis Singleton, Gary Singleton, Mark Atkins, Aaron Black (Angie), Linda Fields (Ronald), Seporal Jenkins and Tracey Singleton; and his brothers, Joe Louis Singleton and Michael Singleton (Inez).
