She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry O. Bell and Grace Strickland Bell; her husband Lonnie E. Carter (Bud); and her son Jimmy L. Stafford. She is survived by: her son Steve D. Stafford; her grandchildren, Janet S. White and Brian L. Stafford; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Chandler and Grayson White.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that remembrances be sent to the First Baptist Church of the Islands, 6613 Johnny Mercer Blvd, Savannah, GA, 31410.
