She was predeceased by: her parents, David Russell and Mattie Odean Mobley Gordon; her husband Charles Browning; her siblings, Gail Gordon Davis, David Larry Gordon, David Russell Gordon, Jr. and William Russell Gordon; and her grandsons, Noah Jones and John Michael Cheeks.
She is survived by: her children, Freddie Michael Jones, Jr. of Glennville and Georgia Angie Cheeks (John) of Guyton, Georgia; her sisters, Valiery Gordon Mercer of Statesboro and Georgia Karen Gordon Bergeron of Ft. Pierce, Florida; and her grandchildren, Josiah Cheeks (Ashley King), Paul Cheeks (Kara) and Stephanie Cheeks.
