He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Newcomer and Ruth Barkle Newcomer; and his brother Nelson Newcomer. He is survived by: his wife Gail E. Newcomer; his children, Lauren Oglesby (Clint), Larry Spradley, III, Olivia Spradley and Avery Spradley; his sister Linda Newcomer (Carol Nein); and his brother-in-law Brian Fisher.
