With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Kitchings (Savannah, Georgia), who passed away on August 29, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Florrie Owens Collins Bazemore; her stepfather Otto Kingsley Bazemore; her former husband William Howard Kuller; her husband Alton Dwight Kitchings; and her stepchild Allison K. Hearn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bili K. Sigmon and Rhonda K. Sutlive; her son-in-law Charles E. Sutlive (Charlie); her grandchildren, Jennifer S. Thompson (Robert), Ria M. Fritts, Kason P. Fritts (Whitney) and Carly A. Hearn; and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Amelia and Saylor Fritts.
She was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority, and supported the community by serving on the Arthritis Foundation Board, the American Cancer Society Board, and the Chatham Nursing Home Affiliates Board (Riverview Health and Rehab).
