She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Wallace Bell, Sr.; her son Jack Wallace Bell, Jr.; her siblings, Robert C. Brooks, Jr. (Bobby) and Loretta Kay Brooks; and her former husband Lee M. Collins.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey David Bell (Jodi); her grandchildren, Kristina Chang (Carlos), Jacob Bell (Mary Katherine) and Faran Bell; her sister Lynda Murphy (David); her sister-in-law Angie Brooks; and her cousin Sylvia Prosser. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, remembrances be given to the Savannah Progressive Primitive Baptist Church, Ogeechee Area Hospice, or Savannah Hospice.
