He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Brown Glover and Frank Eugene Glover, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Mitchell Glover; his daughter Adrienne Johnnae Glover; and his siblings, Rose Marie Hall, Theresa Fields (Barry) of Savannah, Georgia, Frank Eugene Glover, Sr. (Marsha) of Albany, Georgia, Charles Ashley Glover, Sr. (Brenda) of Cordele, Georgia and Richard William Glover (Millicent) of Savannah, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
