He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Middleton; and his parents, John Middleton and Rosie Middleton. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Middleton, Anthony and Freddy Middleton of Savannah, Georgia; his sister Sarah Lordnum; and his stepchildren, Linda Hughes, Carnetta Crawford, Christcell Grant and Larry Grant. He is also survived by great grands, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
