He was predeceased by: his daughter Pamela Elizabeth Parker; his parents, Annie Mae Barkley and John Walter Parker; his parents-in-law, Esther Ryan Brown and Edward J. Brown, Jr.; his siblings, Jack Parker and Marjorie (Clen); and his brother-in-law Wendel.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Mary Brown Parker; his son John Keith Parker; his daughter-in-law Diane Ciucevich Parker; his grandson John Edward Parker; and his siblings, Billie Parker Lee and Jerry Parker (Lynn). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
