He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Smulski (Ed) and Amy Belscamper (Marc); his grandchildren, Ashley Devine (Danny), Shelby Duff (Dillon), Matt Smulski (Sabrina), Tucker and Mary Reagan Belscamper; his great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Lathe Devine, Aiden, Tyler, Wyatt Smulski, Davis, Addie and Charli Duff; and his siblings, Bobby (Cindy), Petie (Janice), Paul (Cynthia), Lorrie (Mike) and Brenda.
