He is survived by: his mother Alice K. Smith; his children, Johnny Smith, Jr. (Ashley) and Joscelyn Davelaar (Ivan); and his siblings, Eddie L. Smith (Laurel), Byron L. Smith (Sheila), Gregory K. Smith (Michelle), Marjorie F. Smith and Doris E. Smith.
