Kelsey Elizabeth McKinstry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her mother Gail Devoy McKinstry. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Lee VerDuft Jr.; her stepchildren, Tyler, Madison and Ryan VerDuft; her father John W. McKinstry; her stepmother Dawn Ivy McKinstry; her brothers, Patrick McKinstry and Sean McKinstry (Jade); her stepsiblings, Sarah Thompson (Landon), Brittony Sibilio (Michael) and Anthony Cade; and her grandmother F. Louise McKinstry. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel (4605 US-80, Savannah, GA 31410). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (315 Greenwich Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Kelsey's memory.
