She was predeceased by: her parents, James Randall Fountain and Linda Joyce Deal Fountain; and her grandparents, Edward Deal and Gladys Deal. She is survived by: her husband Craig C. Fortner; her children, Kelan Lee of Pembroke and Makayla Lee of Pembroke; her siblings, Kevin Fountain of Pembroke, Mitchell Marsh and Terri Rainey of Blitchton; and her aunts and uncles, Lynn Ryan (Chris), Angie Fountain, Brian Fountain and David Fountain (Gail). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
