She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joe (Hattie Kush Shiver) and Marvin "Mac" (Evelyn McCorkle); her husband Martin J. Miller; her daughter Maura Miller Respess of Valdosta; her grandchildren, Lillian Anna "Lilly" Respess of Clemson, SC and James Edward "Jed" Respess of Valdosta; and her brothers, Orus Shiver of Lapeer, MI and Wayne Shiver. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
