She was predeceased by: her parents, Abra Joseph Roy and Christine Vandiver Roy; her husbands, James "Russell" Hollingsworth, Sr. and Raymond "Jack" O. Schrum; her son James "Jimmy" R. Hollingsworth, Jr.; and her brother William J. Roy, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Lisa H. Padgett (Eric), Penny Lyn Cooke, David Hollingsworth (Naomi Cook) and Kristen M. Wigley (Brandon); her daughter-in-law Jennifer Hollingsworth; and her sister Susan Walton (Alvin). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pooler First Baptist Church Children's Ministry in memory of Linda Hollingsworth Schrum.
