She was predeceased by: her parents, A. C. Anderson and Lucille Mason Anderson; her husband John Myer Boaen, Jr.; and her son George Gary Boaen. She is survived by: her son John Myer Boaen, III (Carol); and her grandchildren, Bobby Boaen (Kim), Crystal Belk (David) and Anthony Boaen (Liz). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and a nephew.
