He is survived by: his sons, Malcolm, Jr. (Valerie) of Savannah and Mark of Savannah; his grandchildren, Monique of Malcolm, III, Michael, Jr. (Clare), Gunnery Sergeant Lateef (Joanna) and Inayah; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Giovanna, Kennedy, Luna and Layla; his son Michael, Sr. (Aretta) of Texas; and his goddaughter Andrea Orr (James) of Washington, DC. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
