With solemn reverence, we commemorate Mary Jeanine Boatright Lamb of Savannah, Georgia, born in Alma, Georgia, whose life came to an end on July 29, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Quitman Boatright and Margurite Padgett Boatright; and her brother Danny Boatright of Alma. She is survived by: her husband Del Lamb (Del); her children, Donna Tucker (Edward) of Baxley and Tim Lamb (Tracey) of Kure Beach; her sisters, Joan Herrington (GC) of Hazlehurst and Pam Baldwin (James) of Alma; and her sister-in-law Judy Boatright of Alma. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The lying in state will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Zion Missionary Baptist Church (525 Zion Baptist Church Rd, Baxley, GA 31513).
