He is survived by: his wife Julie Jervis; his children, Richie (Kelly), Amy (Stephen), Matt (Ashlee), Kevin, Caroline, Meredith Jervis, Owen Donahue, Ellie Donahue and Eli Jervis; and his siblings, Keith Jervis and Catherine Cooper.
