We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2020, at the age of 79, Richard O'Connor (Savannah, Georgia), born in Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard O'Connor to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his stepchildren, Mark Smith of Littleton, CO, Julia Smith Gagliardi of Fairfield, CT, Francis Smith and, DC of Washington; his stepgrandchildren, Zachary Smith and Lila Marie Gagliardi; and his sisters, Ellen Van Horn of Wauwatosa, WI and Mari Elliott of Ithaca, NY. He is also survived by his five nieces & nephews and six grand nieces & nephews.
