We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2020, at the age of 58, Robert Lovin Allen of Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Allen (Dick) and Sylvia Allen; and his brother Michael G. Allen. He is survived by: his brothers, Charles, Wayne and Keith Allen.
