It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Denise Ransom Ivy (Savannah, Georgia), who passed away on August 29, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her fathers, George Ransom Sr. and Charles Etta Ransom (Martin); her aunts, Mildred Stevens and Edna Bryant; and her sisters, Deborah, Tonya and Linda Ransom.
She is survived by: her sons, Janaun Ivy (Janine) and Jamarri Ivy; her nieces and nephews, Darren Parker (Katina), Leon Banks Jr., Armon Truell, George "Mikey" Turner, Rashad Coney, Chris Ta'lil Dempsey, Cierra Daily (Ransen), Nyrai Adams, Sybil Showe and Eboni Parker; her brothers, George Ransom (Lesa) and Charles Ransom; her grandchildren, Christine (Cara Ivy), Zii (Zai James), Ransen Jr. (Candace Daily) and Chloe Turner; her aunts, Rosemary Banks and Irene Kearse; and her sister Debra Jenkins. She is also survived by two brothers and two sisters.
