She is survived by: her children, Rick Perryman (Donna), Cindy Roberts (Tony), Eddie Perryman (Karen), Craig Perryman, Jeannie Saga and Freddie Jr.; her grandchildren, Brock, Gavin, Misty, Summer, Evan, Cole, Kristen, Hunter and Jason; her siblings, Charles Smith (Anne), Joyce Cowart (Robert), Dickie Smith (Patricia), Everett Smith (Susan), Ronnie Smith (Susan) and Danny Smith (JoAnn); and her close friends, Toby Lariscey and Viola Spatcher.
