He was predeceased by : his parents, Barney Hipps and Lola Hipps; and his sister Patsy McLain. He is survived by : his son Timmy Hipps (Brooke) of Macon; his grandchildren, Hippy and Lane; his significant other Gayle Scott of Screven; and his daughter Michelle Hargrove (Mike) of Jesup. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
